Making the phone call to Shahir when I was at the lowest point in my life, after struggling with a cocaine addiction for about 2 years, proved to be the best decision I have ever made. Within 24 hours of making the call I was in Savasana and my life changed forever. The entire team made me feel as part of the family from the moment I walked in the doors. Their energy, spirit and knowledge is something I have never experienced before.
I spent four amazing weeks at this life-changing facility. Within two weeks of being there I had uncovered my values, my purpose and rediscovered who I was. It has been 16 weeks since I walked in the doors as I write this, and my life has done a complete one-eighty. I have now developed a great routine, healthy habits, a balanced lifestyle, a happy family, and a complete shift in career paths.
I will be forever grateful for what is perceived to be time lost away from those you love and the work environment, for the time that I have gained in my life.
