  • Our program is thoughtfully tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, so there is no one-size-fits-all fee. Please get in touch with our friendly team to discuss your needs and we can provide you with an individualised quote.

  • We only accept private payment methods or payment via superannuation release.

    In Australia, you can apply for early access to your superannuation on compassionate grounds if you need financial assistance to pay for out-of-pocket mental health or addiction rehabilitation programs. This also applies to funding rehabilitation programs for your dependents.

    We have partnered with Release My Super, a team who will handle the whole process from start to finish, including liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and your superannuation company, with a 100% approval rate.

  • Unfortunately, very little of your program at Savasana may be covered by private health insurance. Our recovery residence is not a hospital, and private health insurance does not currently cover private residential addiction treatment or recovery facilities in Australia. Some guests may be able to treat a program as a business expense, depending on circumstances. Other guests are able to access their superannuation to fund a program.

  • Savasana’s treatment program fees are inclusive of all travel, accommodation, meals, individual counselling and psychotherapy, equine therapy, group therapy, specialised workshops, life coaching, music and art therapy, yoga and meditation, comprehensive GP and psychology consultations, individual naturopathy sessions, holistic training, massage, and aftercare support and planning.

    Rest assured, we have everything covered so you can focus solely on your recovery.

  • We cater for local, interstate and international clients. Savasana has its own travel management company that arranges door-to-door service internally, as well as private luxury travel to ensure confidentiality is maintained to and from your stay with us.

    Savasana covers the cost of domestic and international flights (economy class), as well private chauffeur to and from the airport, or to and from home locally.

    Our team can also organise premium economy, business and first-class flights, as well as private travel, for an additional cost.

  • Savasana welcomes a maximum of six guests at any time, ensuring personal and thorough therapeutic attention. Although it is rare a guest has to wait for a vacancy, our team will support the guest prior to their admission to ensure they arrive in the best possible shape.

  • At Savasana, we offer a 28-day, 60-day and 90-day residential treatment program.

  • Yes, Savasana offers its exclusive aftercare program, Savasana Cares, which is a further eight weeks of personal therapy post-stay. Savasana Cares+ is an additional program designed as part of our duty of care to monitor and stay connected to our clients 365 days a year.

  • Yes. You may continue attending to emails and communicate with your work outside of mandatory curriculum and therapies. We have an office space available to allow you to work in privacy.

    Most of our guests take a period of digital detox from their devices so they can focus on their recovery and support.

    You are also able to contact your loved ones periodically.

  • Family visits are allowed on weekends by appointment only.

  • At Savasana, we believe in balance and self-empowerment. Our team will organise your daily schedule and will incorporate times for therapy, exercise, and personal rest and relaxation. Our team will not enforce any activity, and it is within the client’s discretion to decide how they engage in activities throughout their residential program. The more you engage with your personalised program, the more you will benefit.

  • Our program has been carefully designed with your well-being, safety and recovery in mind. As such, we do not permit leaving the grounds during your stay.

  • All of our clients have access to our doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, facilitators and counsellors. Our team of specialists are extensively qualified and experienced in their respective fields, ensuring comprehensive clinical care.

  • It’s important that your loved one makes the decision for themselves about seeking treatment for their addiction or mental health condition. If they are not yet ready to make that decision, it can be heartbreaking for family members. In situations like this, the most important thing you can do is assure them of your love and remind them that when they do want help, you will support them in this decision.

    It’s also important to care for yourself during periods when a loved one is suffering from addiction.

  • Savasana is located in the semi-rural suburb of Dural in the Hills District, 30 minutes from the Sydney CBD.
